Self Build Course - Evaluating Your Plot, Designing Your Project and Construction Preliminaries
Attended Module 2 of this course today, at the National Self Build & Renovation Centre, Swindon.
Another excellent module of this self build course.
Once you have found a suitable plot - or have already bought one - this module focuses on the more detailed aspects of starting a self build project. From the legalities involved, to building safety, to the type of foundations available and some design options to consider at this early stage.
