I’ve just bought a plot of land at auction!

OMG! I've just gone and bought a plot of land at auction.

Just a small plot big enough for a 3 bed detached house. Luckily it already has planning permission for a bungalow so the ball can get rolling fairly swiftly. That is - once I have finished decorating my current place and sell it. Not sure how smoothly that will go in the current housing market.

Right then... better get the cash together to pay for this land. Gulp!
